4-2-5 Man Pressure — Glitch Blitz, Zone-Drop Fix, RPO and Goal-Line Answers

Everything here comes out of the 4-2-5 Man Pressure defensive playbook. It
is seven separate tools: a glitch blitz, a settings change every scheme should
steal, the bunch match checks, an RPO defense, a goal-line package, the
cornerback-matchups setting that quietly wrecks your zones, and the
outside-run fit.
Post-patch note (Title Update 4, Sep 3 2026). This scheme was filmed
Aug 30, before the man-coverage nerf. The press + shade-underneath +
route-commit-inside funnel the source calls "the meta right now" is
exactly the habit TU4 targeted: man press now carries a bigger penalty
for shading the wrong way of the release. The funnel still works when you
read the release, but blind inside-shading is no longer free. The blitz,
the zone drops, the matchups fix and the run fits below are unaffected.
